The dotWorks.net organization was built by a group of Internet technology professionals dedicated to their individual areas of specialization and fueled by a passion for their work. While many of our founding pioneers have since continued to grow in their individual fields of interest and have continued to found additional businesses in the Silicon Valley, all remain close to the dotWorks.net organization as invaluable advisors and close business partners. Additional members to our advisory board have been warmly welcomed, and this key body remains a vital source of knowledge and expertise, providing to our organization a distinct advantage.

Every one of our Advisory Board is doing what they love to do most, and this fosters a culture of dedicated quality. Our skilled and talented design team thrives in this culture of passionate creation, and our clients directly benefit by receiving the best products and services possible.

Alonzo “AJ” Jennings III
Creative Media Designer

AJ joined the dotWorks.net team during its initial year, coming to us from the advertising industry where he served as Art Director for J. Walter Thompson Technology. At JWT he designed advertisements on subjects ranging from video games to back-end server security hardware.

AJ earned his B.S. in Radio TV Film and Electronic Media with a minor in Advertising from San Jose State University. There, he learned the navigational design theories of user interfaces on countless electronic media, including the Web.

His passion for learning these digital tools stems from teaching others how to use them. He believes in bridging the gap between the have's and the have not's...one project at a time.

"If I build a web-site and someone says, ‘That looks really amazing, I want to do that’ and they go out to learn how, then I have succeeded not only as a designer but also as a person."

AJ is currently pursuing his next business project and is busy teaching others how to harness the power of Internet technology as an instructor. He remains a valuable source of creative innovation and direction for dotWorks.net.

Jason Melendez
Director of Internet Software Development

Jason Melendez has been involved in software development for over five years and has experience in web applications, network-driven applications, software configuration management, and project management. He holds degrees in computer science, biotechnology, and mathematics. As Director of Internet Software Development and one of the original founding partners of our organization, Jason and his development team bring to dotWorks a solid methodology and an extra level of depth allowing us to offer our clients industry-standard backend processing, custom applications design, and database support.

Peter Estaniel
Art Director

Peter joined dotWorks in our early stages of organization development, and brought an unconventional but vital atmosphere of innovation and creativity to our team. His professional experience includes design work at the advertising firm J. Walter Thompson Technologies and Fujitsu PC, as well as freelance work for San José City College and San José State University. In addition to his love of design he is also an illustrator and a photographer.

Peter obtained his degree in graphics design from San Jose State University and over the years has nurtured and developed a curiosity and love for learning. During his undergraduate studies he led the University's design group as the president of Neo--the graphic design student group at San Jose State. This drive to experience the new has led to some renaissance talents, as in addition to graphic design he brews his own specialty label beer. Some future talents he looks forward to acquiring are learning to speak Japanese and making soap.

“My latest accomplishment was teaching myself to juggle. I’ve always wanted to learn so I taught myself. That may not seem like much, but can you juggle?”

Milder Lisondra
Web Application Developer

Milder specializes in producing reliable web applications for small and medium sized businesses, including data integrators, multimedia firms and real estate professionals. With over 5 years of real-world experience, Milder is able to offer solutions that address an organization's core needs
and is aligned with its overall business process. In addition, Milder spent several years early in his professional career providing support to end users in the form of Bench Technician, Configuration Specialist, and Production Operator.

Although the basis of his application development knowledge stems from the use of Microsoft products, Milder is also well versed in Open Source technology, specifically PHP and MySQL. Because many small businesses use shared hosting services for their websites (which many times includes PHP and MySQL), Milder has been able to provide web based solutions at budgets a
small operation can be comfortable with.
